Ever wanted to start a podcast but were too overwhelmed by it all? The “Start My Podcast Workshop & Recording Session” is the best place to be. You’ll learn by doing, be instructed by an industry expert and you’ll also be using industry level equipment and facilities. Walk out of the workshop with your own podcast trailer and the concrete plan to craft more episodes of your very own podcast. Perfect for beginners or intermediate level podcasters.

What will participants learn from the session: What it takes to craft a podcast from idea to upload, answer any questions you have about podcast development to podcast marketing your podcast, how to use a microphone and recording software.

What will participants get from the session: A work booklet with the step by step process to creating a podcast, a podcast trailer and access to an industry level recording studio.

Event details 

Session Times: Every last (fourth) Monday of the month 5:30pm to 7:30pm (Excluding December 2019)

Cost of session: $45

Materials to bring: A USB to take your podcast trailer home with you.

Dress code: Casual clothes

Session Length: 120 minutes (2 hours with a 10 minute break)

Target age range of participants: 13 years to 100 years of age

Maximum amount of participants per session: 6 participants
