Reconciliation Week Projections - Geelong City Hall

Reconciliation Week Projections - Geelong City Hall

The digital projections at City Hall and from the Barwon Water forecourt feature the stunning artworks of many First Nations artists.

Each piece has been created on Wadawurrung country and facilitated through the Torch, which provides new pathways by encouraging the exploration of identity and culture through art.

Reconciliation Week Projections - Barwon Water

Enjoy Geelong's latest projections presentation, when artwork celebrating the cultural strength of our Aboriginal communities will be projected at two locations for Reconciliation Week 2021.

There are two locations to view projections - City Hall at 30 Gheringhap Street and around the corner at the Barwon Water forecourt at 55-67 Ryrie Street, Geelong.

Update

While we follow the state government’s seven-day state-wide 'circuit breaker' lockdown restrictions, watch the two clips below to see this year's Reconciliation Projections. The projections were filmed on City Hall and the Barwon Water building.

Inspired to see them in person?

The projections will be replayed as part of NAIDOC Week from 4-11 July.

Artist Matt Bonner has compiled an animated show reel for both sites.

This event is proudly presented by the City of Greater Geelong.
