Startup Success Series: Managing Co-Founder Relations in Times of Stress

Recording of Startup Success Series: Managing Co-Founder Relations in Times of Stress

The quality of relationship between co-founders is one of the most important elements of a successful startup - arguments between founders are surprisingly common, and have to be managed and addressed carefully. Founder conflict can directly affect your startup, so it's important that during times of stress you maintain a healthy relationship with your co-founder to ensure your startup continues to operate, evolve and grow.

That's why for this edition of the Startup Success Series, we've invited local founders to discuss their own lived experiences developing and managing relationships with their co-founder(s). Moderated by Morgan Ranieri, Co-Founder and CEO at YourGrocer, the panel includes Dean Kominek, Co-Founder and Head of Production at PHORIA and Kim Teo, the CEO & co-founder of Mr Yum.
