#NFPtech: Digital Innovation for non profits

NFP Tech Series presented as part of DIF2021 Festival

Course Outline

Digital technologies are critical to enabling modern not-for-profits to operate effectively in a COVID environment, reach clients and deliver critical services flexibly.

In this webinar we will explore how Digital Technologies have enabled service innovation across the community sector – improving reach, enhancing service quality and reducing administrative overhead.

Topics

In this webinar we will explore how community sector organisations have innovated and used digital technologies to:

  • Delivering services irrespective of location

  • Improve operational efficiencies

  • Enhance service outcomes

Infoxchange is a not-for-profit social enterprise that has been delivering technology for social justice for over 40 years. With over 180 staff across Australia and New Zealand, we tackle the biggest social challenges through the smart and creative use of technology.

We work with community, government and corporate partners to solve issues around homelessness, family violence, mental health and disability, as well as supporting Indigenous communities, women, youth and families.

Our products and services are used by over 25,000 government and community services. We provide the right tools to improve efficiency and deliver greater impact – from nation-wide service coordination systems to IT advice for individual organisations.

And through our work in digital inclusion and social innovation we use technology to empower people experiencing disadvantage, driving social inclusion and creating stronger communities. We believe no-one should be left behind in today’s digital world.

In November 2018, Infoxchange joined forces with Connecting Up. Together, we are Australia and New Zealand’s leading not-for-profit dedicated to using technology to improve the lives of people experiencing disadvantage and the organisations that support them.

Connecting Up is an Australian registered charity and not-for-profit organisation committed to building stronger communities through technology. Since 2007, a growing list of leading tech companies have partnered with Connecting Up to support the Australian and New Zealand charity sector with donated and discounted IT products, online learning and specialised consulting services.

Connecting Up’s program is free to join and free to access. Our membership of over 35,000 not for profits rely on us to supply them with best-in-market prices on IT hardware, software, and training services. They look to us as a source of authority on IT solutions to increase their social impact.
