See how VIC ICT for Women is answering the diversity dilemma.

Vic ICT for Women operates to increase the Entry, Retention, Progression and Leadership of Women in the technology industries.  Together, we have the power to transcend boundaries, shatter stereotypes, and build a future where you and your organisation will thrive and excel.

Our various programs focused around developing skills and knowledge of the workforce, providing career development, mentoring, education forums and facilitating networking opportunities.

Mary-Beth Hosking - CEO

Mary-Beth Hosking is a pragmatic and seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in organizational transformations and is currently the CEO of VIC ICT For Women. Her second book ‘When now, means NOW! – A handbook for career change, advancement, and progression’ launched in May 2023. She recently was awarded the WeQual Technology award for her work in raising awareness of women in STEM.

Chris Skipper-Conway - Chairperson

Chris is driven by helping others achieve their potential, personally and professionally, its through diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) she can make the difference. Her experience reinforces her values - equality, integrity, and inclusion, and empathy for others. With over 20 years in recruitment, Chris is painfully aware that diversity is in crisis in many industry sectors, particularly gender in IT.
