Many founders in the tech industry establish a strong culture when they first start up. The founding employees are engaged and connected to the mission and vision of the organisation. Collaboration is high as they tackle often highly ambitious goals.

How do we maintain the great aspects of start-up culture as organisations grow and scale? Is it in fact possible?

Dr Josephine Palermo believes we should demand more from our business culture by shaping it purposefully through signature experiences for our customers and employees. A PhD in Organisational Psychology and numerous publications in areas organisational development, action research and change, coaching and leadership, informs my practice.
