The Future Skills you Need

  • on-demand event

This DIF Live session was presented on 5 September 2023

The future of work and leadership requires building capabilities that are linked more to how we think, act and relate to each other rather than what we know.

Yet many business owners are hiring employees based on traditional views of technical or specialist competency. In this session, we will discuss the critical capabilities you need to know about to future-proof your organisation.

Future workforce capabilities include digital acumen, agility, adaptability and collaboration and empathy. JOST & Co will describe how to recruit to and develop these capabilities in your business.
