Facilitated by Damien J Smith AM, this masterclass seeks to deliver a clearer understanding of the expanded expectation that is now placed on the role of governance by an organisation’s stakeholders and importantly society itself. This seismic shift in the perspective of what is now governance, alters our view of how governance operates and what is potentially achievable in relation to an organisation’s performance.

We'll aim to sharpen your focus on core governance drivers and the relationship to systems thinking, value creation, an organisation’s purpose, leadership, transformation, corporate compliance, strategy, and organisational capability.

Assessment

Prepare a written report and deliver an oral ten to twelve-minute class presentation.

If your plans change, let us know 30 days beforehand for a full refund. Cancellations received within 30 days but at least 10 days out from the Masterclass commencing will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 10 days of the Masterclass commencing will receive no refund.
