AI in Education

This DIF Live session was presented as part of the DIF2023 Festival

AI in Education

Artificial Intelligence (AI). AI is in fact an umbrella term for many technologies and techniques and whilst it has been in development for decades, it hit centre stage late last year when ChatGPT was made available to the public.

In March this year, the AIIA and KPMG released a report (Navigating AI) designed to provide guidance on the responsible adoption, development and use of AI within Australia.

Given its broad application, it’s easy to talk about AI across a range of industries, however in this session, the speakers will look at AI in education – because like all knowledge, it starts with education and in this particular case, the use of AI in education has some important considerations.
