The Victorian Seniors Festival runs from the 1st to 31st of October every year. There are events right across Victoria. All 79 local councils as well as community organisations, groups and club hold events.
Victoria’s largest seniors’ festival will return in October 2024 with thousands of opportunities for senior Victorians to take part in free and low-cost events. Fed Square is home base but there are events across the state as well as online.
Victorian Senior of the Year Awards
The Festival also includes the annual Victorian Senior of the Year Awards. These awards acknowledge older Victorians who volunteer to assist, support and encourage others. It is an opportunity to celebrate and recognise their contributions to the community. For more information visit the Awards page.
