All students attending must be registered.

Mentors must be in receipt of Participation Deeds prior to registering students for the event, and submit these for all registered students on the event day.

All mentors must submit a Mentor Declaration on the event day.

Event timings (TBC subject to schedules and on the day delays/changes) - Doors Open: 8:30am, Volunteer Briefing 9:00am, Opening Proceedings: 9:30am, Competition Begins 10am, Presentations: 3:30pm.
