David Yip

David is an entrepreneurial and visionary technology growth executive. He has over 20 years of experience spanning start-up, scale-up and enterprise organisations. David has worked with clients across multiple industries to deliver growth and customer-centric change, using technology as the catalyst. His experience as an executive at global technology leaders such IBM and Salesforce has focused on winning and delivering enterprise-scale systems and services.

David is a recognised expert in applied AI and digital transformation for the enterprise. Drawing on his cross-sector and cross-functional experience, David specialises in helping clients develop innovative business growth strategies, implement go-to-market, plan their digital transformation, and build new capabilities. He is also a thought leader in higher education and digital health, with a track record of bringing cross-industry innovation to these sectors.

He holds double bachelor’s degrees from Melbourne University, an Executive MBA from UNSW, and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Julian Bright

Julian is a seasoned technical leader with 20+ years of hands-on experience building software, driving innovation and delivering results. Formerly with Amazon Web Services for 4 years, with the most recent 2+ years leading engineering efforts at Predibase, a US-based startup.

Specialising in AI and Machine Learning for the past decade, he's delved deep into the realm of large language models and generative AI. His journey began at SEEK, where I spent 6 years building AI solutions that applied machine learning to match candidates with hirers on Australia's top employment marketplace.

He's currently building a startup dedicated to helping talent teams scale their hiring efforts by leveraging generative AI. By simplifying and automating processes such as interview screening and scheduling, talent acquisition professionals can reduce their workload.
